This state is a sportsman dream, some of the best big game hunting in the west and 80% of the state is owned by the state or federal government so access to great hunting is next to none. I love to walk the mountains in September and hear the elk bugle, it is a quiet and reflective way to enjoy mother nature. I have a cabin on Henry's Lake which is about 20 miles west of Yellowstone Park. I love to fly fish and there is so mush opportunity there. You have the rivers in the Park, I am 15 mile from the Maddison River in Montana and 15 miles from the famous Henry's Fork of the Snake. In the winter I am on the Salmon or Clearwater River fishing for steelhead from November through February. After the weather starts to warm I get golf fever and I am trying to get my handi cap down.
